Easy “Taco Mac” Recipe That The Whole Fam Will LOVE!

Hey hey hey! I got a lot of positive feedback after my last recipe post, so I thought I’d make these a weekly thing for y’all! Michael keeps joking that the best thing that’s happened because of this quarantine stuff is I’ve gotten better at cooking 😂 lol I do enjoy it more & have been having fun with it! Y’all really liked my last one I shared, but seriously this one blew our minds. We are in love with this easy supper idea!
What you’ll need:
  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 package of taco seasoning (McCormick makes a GF kind if you have Celiac like me!)
  • Elbow noodles (I use the Ronzoni GF kind)
  • 1 cup of Ragu/tomato sauce
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Shredded cheese
What you do:
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet and drain the grease.
  • Add the pasta sauce, taco seasoning, chopped tomatoes with green chilies, milk, and chicken broth. Put it on a higher heat until it starts simmering.
  • Add the noodles and put it on LOW (important) and put the lid on and let it all cook for about 15 minutes
  • Once the noodles are soft, add as much shredded cheese as you want! Mix the cheese in so it melts.
  • ENJOY!

Note: this particular recipe makes ALOT! Michael and I had leftovers for days (which was awesome because we LOVED this dish and actually couldn’t wait to eat the leftovers the next day!)
If you make this recipe, I would love if you tagged me so I can see! 😍
