It’s that time of year again – we all are dying to break out the sweaters, boots, and fall outfits. Unfortunately, most of us are still experiencing summer weather! I think it’s in the 80s this week which is better than 90s of course, but still WAY too hot for fall clothing. Some of you asked what to wear when you want to dress for fall but it’s still too hot, so I thought I’d share a fall closet staple you can wear now and later!

Everyone’s jumping on board with the “shacket” trend, myself included! I wasn’t too sure about it last year when they first came around, but I bought this one from Amazon a few weeks ago and I love it. It’s such a cute look! I like it tied around my waist while it’s still warm, and I think it’ll be great as a layering piece in cooler months. I love items that I can get lots of wear out of!
