Gluten Free Egg Roll In A Bowl

A big crowd favorite in our house is “egg roll in a bowl” – which is a low-carb version of egg rolls. It’s super easy to make, very filling, and hits the spot when you’re craving Asian food! It’s also one of our go-to dinners when we need a cheaper option since it’s very few ingredients and you can make it on a budget. Keep scrolling to learn how!

What You Will Need To Make Egg Roll In A Bowl


  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 6 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup green onions (optional- for garnishing!)


  1. Brown the ground beef and drain
  2. Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil
  3. Mix together and cook for about 3-4 minutes until coleslaw mix has softened
  4. Garnish with green onion if you want!
